1. The service
LunaxC is an AI chat assistant available at lunaxcai.com. Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Don't rely on LunaxC for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
2. Accounts
You can use LunaxC without an account. If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for activity on your account. Users under 18 should use paid plans only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use LunaxC for anything illegal, harmful, hateful or harassing.
- Don't try to break, overload or abuse the service or get around limits.
- Don't use LunaxC to create content that harms children or others.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Paid plans (Pro and Max)
Pro (₺500/month) and Max (₺750/month) are monthly subscriptions, and the Supporter Pack (₺50, one-time) is a single purchase that adds a supporter badge to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and receipts. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. "Unlimited" on Max means fair use of up to 2,000 messages per day. Features and limits may change; we'll tell subscribers before any price change.
5. Your content
You own what you type and upload. You give us permission to process it to provide the service (for example, sending it to our AI provider to get an answer).
6. No warranty
LunaxC is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using LunaxC.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll show a notice in the app.
