This policy explains what LunaxC AI (operated by Selçuk Avcıyaman, contact [email protected]) collects and why.

What we collect

Chats: stored on your device. If you sign in with Google, your chats, projects and memories are also saved to your account so they sync between devices.
Google account info (if you sign in): your name, email address and profile picture.
Messages, voice recordings and images you send are sent to our AI provider (Groq) to create answers and turn speech into text. We don't sell them.
Usage counts: how many messages you sent today (to apply plan limits). For visitors who aren't signed in we use a scrambled (hashed) version of the internet address, not the address itself.
Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details. We receive your email and subscription status.
Shared chats: if you create a share link, that chat is stored so anyone with the link can read it.

Only the services needed to run LunaxC: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Groq (AI answers and voice), Google (sign-in) and Lemon Squeezy (payments).

You can delete chats and memories in Settings, sign out anytime, or email us to delete your account data.

LunaxC is meant for general audiences. Children should use it with a parent's guidance, and paid plans require a parent's or guardian's permission.
